Hi, I’m Blaire Eeds, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Cary Scott. As a Dallas native, I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Oklahoma in 2007. Psychology has always been a great interest of mine, too, as I am fascinated by the innerworkings of the mind. These studies benefitted me in my many years of experience in the restaurant industry and corporate customer service, having managed and coached several teams of customer service representatives in providing outstanding support. I have always been passionate about helping others and bringing a little bit of light to their day. I am deeply intuitive, empathetic, down to earth, and compassionate. In 2020, I decided to take that passion a step further and pursue a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. My clinical experience started with private practice at Cary Scott Counseling. From there I moved to Kansas and spent two meaningful years working in the academic setting where I supported college students navigating everything from academic pressure to relationships, and personal challenges. That experience deepened my understanding of how important connection, compassion, and support are—no matter where you are in life.
Both my personal and professional life experience allows me to walk alongside people, individuals and couples, as they work through tough seasons and seek meaningful change. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, grieving, or just stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself—where you're heard, seen, and supported without judgment. You will find my approach to be collaborative and personalized to your needs. I practice with a trauma informed approach and draw from a range of therapeutic interventions to meet you where you are, helping you build resilience, gain insight, and develop tools that actually work for your life. I believe in progress over perfection and that every step—no matter how small—is worth celebrating.
Therapy can be a powerful space for growth, healing, and rediscovery. I’m honored to be part of that process with my clients. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music, being outdoors, celebrating the little things, laughing, and spending time with those dear to me. I’m so glad you’re here and look forward to connecting with you to learn about your interests and needs. When you’re ready, call or email and we can get you scheduled.
