As a former athlete, teacher, high school coach, school counselor, and now therapist, I have a passion for helping you find your inner self and build resources in which life becomes a challenge instead of a threat. Through empowerment, self awareness and connecting the brain and the body to perform in life in a genuine and powerful way.
